Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally.

COVID-19: Important Practice Information
We have made some changes to the way we are running our surgeries, to try to keep everyone safe.
Please stay at home if you have either a high temperature and or a new, continuous cough. Do Not go to the GP Surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service.
Changes to our Appointments
If you call for an appointment, you will be asked a series of questions by our trained staff. Your name will be added to our triage list and a clinician will call you back as soon as possible.
Routine or pre-booked appointments
Some are going ahead as scheduled and staff are contacting patients on an individual basis.
If you are visiting Cornwall and are not registered with us
Please contact your own GP or the 111 service for advice.
When visiting the Practice
Please avoid visiting the practice unless you have an appointment booked.
On arrival for you appointment please book in at the window on the right-hand side of the building. When you waiting for a clinician to come and let you in please keep a distance of 2 metres (6½ft) between yourself and others.
Please queue at the window on the left hand side of the building, as per the signs for the dispensary. When you come to collect prescriptions, please keep a distance of 2 metres (6½ft) between yourself and others.
Our Dispensary hours have changed.
At St Columb Major and Padstow we will be open for prescription collections from:
10.00am – 1.00pm
3.00pm – 5.30pm
At St ColumbRoad we will be open for prescription collections from:
10.00am – 1.00pm
3.00pm – 5.00pm

Self-Isolating and Prescriptions
A friend or neighbour can collect your prescription on your behalf.
